Welcome to the NEXTEQ NON-CHEMICAL WATERCARE website! This site is presented by Process + Filtration Products, LLC as part of our commitment to provide “process-proven” technology to solve your processing water issues…Filtration, Calcium Control, Biological Control, and Corrosion Control. The NEXTEQ NON-CHEMICAL WATERCARE product line was originally developed as a result of experiments in the enhancement of UV water purification systems in the late 1990's. The success of the early installations proved so successful that it encouraged further enhancement and development of the basic Nexteq System until the 4th generation Nexteq WaterCare was finalized and installed in 2009. NEXTEQ’s 4-in-1 WaterCare Systems provide
the following: 1. Calcium Control: SmartFilter’s prevent energy robbing scale from building-up. 2. Filtration: SmartFilter’s can remove debris particles down to <10 microns. 3. Biological Control: Nexteq destroys the bacteria and pathogens that generate biofilm breeding diseases like Legionnaires’. 4. Corrosion Control: Nexteq protects galvanized steel surfaces. Black steel surfaces still require a corrosion inhibitor. |
